Siren replied saying she was alright, just feeling a little lightheaded from an information overload, he didn't really understand it but he understood that she was feeling light headed, and that usually wasn't a good sign. She smiled and said wasn't tired and it would pass in a moment. She closed her eyes and didn't do anything for a while. "If you say so..." Pyros replied as he sat down looking around as he watched the families coming by and viewing the animals from behind the cages, a few children banging on cages to get reactions from animals. After a while Siren apologized and opened her eyes as she said she was ready to continue now, she stood up and Pyros got to his feet aswell. "Alright" Pyros replied as he joined her and they continued to walk through the zoo, they came to where there were cows and bulls behind the cage, it wasn't something you saw that much living in a city though the tourists that came to japan saw them alot in paddocks. He noticed a persocom inside the cage, feeding the animals. 'Persocoms are incredible, its amazing to think that they can be used for so much' Pyros thought.

Siren was relieved as she realized that he wasn't paying any more attention to her than before. Even her light headedness wasn't causing him to become frantic. She knew he might care, but he wasn't going to make a big deal out of it like the guy who had been present the first time. Thinking about it, she could think of a way to explain it, though it was a strange way. She could compare herself to a computer, and thinking about it made her want to laugh. now i'm turning into a persocom.. she thought, almost wary of this information. She looked ahead to the animals thst Pyros was watching and smiled as she felt herself readjusting to allow information from many sources to penetrate her brain. It was probably healthier for her to allow herself to register old information and new information. He seemed to be watching the persocom that was feeding the animals as well. "Do you travel?" she asked curiously, watching a tour guide lead a small group of foreigners past them.

Pyros watched the persocom finish its duties and leave the cage through a hidden door that was built to look like terrain in the enclosure. Siren asked him if he traveled, he smiled at the thought of travel, to him travel would be almost impossible, for the price of a plane ticket overseas he could get a much more needed car. "Well, not exactly, I mean I travel over Japan but I don't travel overseas or anything, I can't really afford to go overseas both financially and physically" he replied as he saw the tour group move past aswell. "How about you? I guess business like yours must mean your family travels alot, I remember when Bill Gates was the leading computer business man and he was always traveling all over the place" Pyros told her as he remembered when computers didn't walk and talk.

Siren listened as he explained that he couldn't really afford to go travelling far from home, and then he asked if she travelled. "Usually my travelling is business related. Sometimes I'm the engineer that they send to watch over a presentation in another country, to make sure the persocoms perform properly." she answered, "I don't really have enough free time to do any real travelling, for vacations and such. Just enough to catch up with friends for an afternoon." she added. She looked at the next animal in captivity. It was a rather sad looking hippopotamus, and she wondered if it was ill. "Did you travel when you were living with your parents?" she asked, continuing the conversation.

Pyros listened as she explained that most of her travels were business related and sometimes she was sent to make sure persocoms overseas were working properly. She said that she didn't have time for real travels with free time like a vacation, sometimes she could catch up with friends but that was about it. 'I see... she leads one of those kinds of lives, unfortunate when your involved with a large corporation' Pyros thought as they moved on to a hippo. Siren asked him if he traveled when he was living with his parents. "Well, we did go to Australia once, but i was about 3 or so, I don't really remember much about it, but I know it was warm there and we saw heaps of kangaroos" Pyros replied, remembering the time when he lived with his parents, no financial troubles, just carefree living.

Siren watched the hippo as Pyros replied that he'd gone to Australia. He said he didn't remember much though. "Well, it must have been quite fun for you at the time, even if you don't remember it." she mused quietly. She walked slowly on, thinking about what a real vacation would be like, and if she could share that with Pyros, maybe he'd like to go somewhere. "Is there any place you'd like to go, if you had the money?" she asked, looking up at him again.

Siren looked out at the hippo as she replied that it must have been fun for him at the time, even if he didn't remember it. He smiled as he thought about it, 'Yeah, I suppose I must have had a lot of fun' He thought to himself, looking out at the hippo, it didn't look like it was having much fun, it wasn't very active either. It just seemed to be lying there in its enclosure, half in the water and half on the ground.
Siren asked him if there was somewhere he would like to go, assuming he had the money to do so. She turned back to look at him and he looked back at her, "I don't know, I've never really thought about that, its always been something to dream of and not really worry about ever happening" Pyros replied as he leaned against a fence. "But I have heard great things about Canada, supposed to have beautiful winters over there" Pyros replied.

OOC//: I think you jinxed us. the snow was almost gone, and now its been snowing non-stop for two days and counting. BIC//: Pyros told her that it wasn't something he'd really thought about and that it had always been more of a thing for him to dream than to become reality. Then he told her that Canada seemed to have beautiful winters. She smiled,"I've heard so as well. I've been there in summer. I doesn't get nearly as hot there as it does here." she said. Thats probably why their winters are beautiful. We get snow, but i'm sure theirs is different. she thought. She started walking again, looking at the next animal for only a moment before she turned her head to the other side of the walkway.

Siren told him she heard so aswell and said it didn't get nearly as hot over there as it did in Japan. Pyros looked ahead as he noticed a man dressed in black with a balaclava over his head walked through the zoo, Pyros looked over and knew it was something suspicious but wondered why nobody else thought so, he figured if others weren't worried why should he be? He turned his attention back to Siren, "So, what do you say we go and get a drink, theres a stall just over there" Pyros told her as he didn't wait for an answer, heading off toward the stall. He got in line, there was only one person in front of him, as soon as the man before him left he moved over to the stall and asked for 2 cokes, the woman behind the counter went over to get them when suddenly Pyros felt a pressure on his neck as something hit it and he fell to the floor, he looked up to see the man in the balaclava with a knife robbing the stall.
The cashier gave him all the money in the cashier and then he began to run away from the stall. Pyros got up and looked over at Siren, he ran past her while shouting that he would be back soon. He ran through the zoo, following the direction he could remember the robber going until finally he could see the man running ahead of him through the crowds of the zoo. The man eventually came to an exit and burst through it as he ran from the zoo, Pyros followed as closely as possible until he finally reached the man and reached out as he grabbed the man's left leg they both tumbled toward the floor.
The robber stood up and drew his knife as he turned to Pyros and faced him with a look of worry in his eyes, he was obviously a petty thief and was worried about who Pyros was. "Come any closer and ill kill you!" The man shouted at Pyros who raised his arms to symbolize that he wasn't going to do anything to the man. "Alright, just relax man, I just want the money back, thats all. No police or anything" Pyros told the man, though he was sure the man wouldn't willingly give him the money which he risked conviction for. Pyros moved slightly closer and the man slashed his knife toward him making a small incision in his wrist as they both stepped away from each other again, Pyros looked at the wound and looked up at the man. "I told if you got any closer I would kill you! Don't push me! Just walk away!" he shouted with aggression in his voice, he was trying to scare Pyros away.
"Hey! I want my money! If you don't give it back, you might not walk away alive!" Pyros shouted back, he had no combat experience in training, but he had been in fights before and this guy didn't have any advantage except for the knife, he would try his best to beat him and perhaps get the money back. Pyros moved in closer and grabbed the arm with the knife to keep the knife from doing any more damage to his body, the man threw a punch at Pyros' side and Pyros dropped back a few steps before the man brought his knife back down and slashed at Pyros again, this time making a bad wound in his chest as Pyros fell back and blood soaked his shirt, The man was worried and dropped the knife with Pyros' blood on it before he ran off with the blood, Pyros had gained nothing but injury from his attempt. He felt like an idiot now, but more importantly he hoped he would get some medical assistance before he bled to death.

Pyros had looked away from her once more, and she tried to think of another question to ask him. When he looked back at her, he asked if they should get a drink, but without waiting for her response, he walked towards a stall. She looked after him, a little lost, but as she stepped towards him, she noticed a man in a ski mask. Its hot out, that can't mean anything good. she guessed, as she took another step towards pyros. Pyros had spoken to the woman already, but as she turned away from him, the man in the mask stepped up behind Pyros and knocked him to the ground. Siren gasped, looking around for a security guard. Why doesn't this zoo have better security? she thought, hoping that Pyros was alright. She turned her attention back to the man, when he rushed past her with Pyros on his tail, yelling that he would be back. She wasn't doubtful that Pyros could take care of himself in an even fight, but she wouldn't assume that Pyros would be fine in this circumstance. Glancing back at the woman behind the counter, who looked relieved just to be alive, she turned and ran after Pyros and the theif. The crowds were thick, and she soon lost sight of Pyros. She pushed on, afraid that if she gave up, something bad would happen. She caught sight of Pyros as he pushed out of the zoo after the robber, and she ran faster, the crowds thinning out. A man got in her way before she could make it out the exits. "Where's the fire?" he asked, his voice stern, but curious. "Someone just robbed a stall and my.... companion chased him out of the zoo. I have to find him." she rushed, stumbling over what to call Pyros. He gaped, but moved quickly out of the way in his rush to find the security office to call the police. Siren continued on, hearing shouting from somewhere outside the zoo. She was certain that she'd heard the word 'kill' and she ran faster, pushing out the gate and turning towards the sound. She couldn't see them anywhere. She ran ahead, trying to listen for more yells through the sound of her breathing. "Pyros?" she called, having heard nothing for a couple of minutes. She was still moving ahead on the sidewalk when she spotted something on the ground ahead, except that it wasn't a something, it was a someone. A wave of fear rushed through her body, almost crippling her to the point of motionlessness, but somehow she kept moving. She had to find out who was lying on the ground. Closer now, she recognised the jet black hair and the clothing was familiar as well. "Oh my god, Pyros!" she exclaimed, another pulse of fear wracking her body. She ran forward now, rushing to his side as she noticed the blood that stained his shirt. It was his own; he was cut in two places, and as she kneeled down beside him fighting the fear as best she could, she saw that he was breathing. "You're alive." she whispered in apprehension, reaching out to touch his shoulder. The wound looked painful, and as she looked down at him with worried eyes, she reached into her bag to retrieve her cell phone. She dialed the hospital number, and heard herself giving the particulars of their location to the operator, and then heard the woman say that an ambulance was coming. She hung up mechanically, in shock as she sat on the pavement and stared at the blood on Pyros' chest. It was coming out much too fast, and there had to be some way to stop it, or at least slow it down. She pulled off her sweater, not caring for the material item she was about to ruin with his blood, and balled it up to press it against the gash. She was certain it would cause him pain for her to put pressure on the wound, but she needed to help him. The shock was wreaking havoc on her body, and she watched her hand as it shook until she put it on Pyros' chest. She realised that it wasn't just her hands that were shaking, it was her whole body, slow pulsing tremors worked their way up her spine and into her hands as she applied pressure. She could feel a wetness in her eyes and on her face and she knew that tears had sprung up without her permission. Her breathing was coming in shallow gasps now, hyperventilation seizing her against her better judgement. Unable to support herself anymore, she slumped over his chest, holding the sweater in place her own. She couldn't form any coherent sentences, only single words escaped. "live.........blood........ambulance........." It was only a few minutes, but it felt like an eternity had passed before she heard the sirens of the ambulance as it rushed to their aid. Cop cars were following as well, but she knew she wouldn't be able to give the police any description at that moment. The paramedics jumped out of the ambulance almost before it had come to a complete stop and they were pulling out a stretcher from the open back doors. They lowered it, a little uncertain of what to do about Siren as she lay like dead weight over Pyros' chest on the ground. She couldn't move anymore, and she shuddered in her attempt. She felt arms on her as they pulled her back and lifted her clear of Pyros. She closed her eyes, and felt the ground below her again. She heard the sounds of the men putting Pyros on the stretcher and then loading him into the back of the ambulance, and then they were back for her. She felt weightless and heavy at the same time as she was lifted off the ground one more and felt them trying to maneuver her into the ambulance on one of their laps. She curled slightly into the strong, muscular feeling body beneath and around her and shuddered again. "Can either of you tell us what happened?" the paramedic that was holding her asked as she heard the doors close. The ambulance started moving once more, sirens blaring, though she could barely hear them. "Pyros." she uttered, still unable to create coherent sentences.

OOC: Lol yeah, im good with all the bad feelings too.
IC: Pyros lay there for a while with blood coming out of his chest, he brought his hand over the wound and looked at the blood that covered his hand now. 'Darn, its worse than I thought' He thought as Siren came to his side and then said he was alive, he looked back at her and smiled. "yeah..." He said with trouble as she called for an ambulance. She told him to live, that he was bleeding and that there was ambulance coming, though she couldn't get those exact words out.
Pyros began to feel the blood loss getting to him, his head felt like it was spinning but he was still clearly laying on the ground, he could now hear the sirens of the ambulances rushing to him, strangely there sounded like more than one ambulance from the number of sirens he could hear. He was pulled up onto a stretcher and then hauled into the back of the ambulance, moments later the doors were closed and the ambulance began to move as one of the paramedics asked what happened, Siren said his name softly, he assumed she would tell the tale but she seemed to be in bad shock that suggested her condition was worse than his at the moment.
Pyros rolled over slightly to face the paramedics, "There was a robbery at a zoo stall... I... was attacked and then I chased the thief... I was stabbed and he left me as I was" Pyros explained in little detail of the story, but it would be enough to explain the medical problems he was showing.

Siren heard Pyros speaking. He didn't seem to be in shock as she was, but that was probably better for his condition. As she heard him say that he was stabbed, she felt another tremor wrack her body, and then the arms around her tightened. She was covered in Pyros' blood, and could both feel its sticky warm texture and smell its iron-salt scent. She was happy that she'd never been squeemish, though now she felt a little sick with the scent of the blood in her head. As her head spun, she tried to pull herself out of the shock she was feeling. Before she could accomplish anything, the ambulance stopped, the sirens were silenced, and the back doors of the ambulance were thrown open. The paramedic that cradled her, climbed slowly out of the ambulance, burdened by her weight and size. She would have told her to put her down and walked in herself if she had felt confident that her legs would carry her any farther than the ground. Doctors were starting to surround the doors of the ambulance, and she heard one give the paramedic instructions to a room for her. She heard the one say 'ER' and then a number, and supposed thats where Pyros was being carted. As the paramedic walked through the hospital, she closed her eyes. The movement, now not as smooth as the ambulance ride had been, was making her dizziness worse, not better. He stopped, and she looked up again. The words 'emergency room' were painted in big letters above her head. Confused she watched as a nurse opened the door for them. There were four beds in the room, all of them vacant. The paramedic walked to the bed farthest away on the left and put her down on top of whatever coverings were there. She felt numb, which probably was slightly better than shaky in her opinion, but the numbness wouldn't last long. A blanket was pulled over her curled body by a woman, and she was only vaguely aware that the paramedic was gone. A chart was clipped to the end of her bed, and the bed beside hers, and she wondered who else would be pulled into this room as she fell asleep. In slumber she saw clearly as Pyros was pulled into an operating room. They gave him anestesia and she watched as he too slowly fell asleep. Then after tearing his shirt open, the surgeons began closing up his wound, stitching him closed, the beeping that signalled his beating heart the only sound. As they finished, they began cleaning his chest of the blood that had been there. The dream turned into a nightmare as she saw his breathing slow and then cease. She wanted to yell at the doctors to revive him, but none of them seemed to be paying attention. The heart monitor was beginning to change beats too. It went from normal to a constant droning hum. Then she woke up, sitting directly up and looked at the bed beside her. Pyros was lying there, clothed in a hospital gown, his eyes still closed from the drug. The IV that was attatched to his right hand was dripping slowly, and the heart monitor beeped a normal, comforting sound. She layed back down, turning her body under the covers to face the bed Pyros was in. She didn't want to sleep, incase she dreamt bad things again. Her movement had apparently alerted a nurse, because she came into the dimly lit room to check on Pyros, and then her. "How are you feeling?" she asked gently. Siren looked silently up at the nurse. Ignoring the nurse's question, she asked,"Is he going to be alright?" The nurse smiled kindly. "Yes. He'll be okay, but I think he's been admitted to stay for a few days. You can leave tomorrow afternoon if it is your wish." Siren looked at the woman, and then to Pyros, not saying anything more. The nurse seemed to see that she wouldn't get anything else from Siren, and turned out of the room once more. She didn't know how long she lay awake looking at him, or through him, thinking, but she dozed off, and when she opened her eyes again it was light once more. The blinds had been opened slightly, sunlight filtering in through the slits. She cast her open eyes towards Pyros again.

Pyros looked over at Siren, he could see the shock was pretty serious, he wondered if she had ever seen this sort of thing before, she didn't seem to be taking it well at all. This wasn't the first time Pyros had been stabbed, but it appeared to be the worst so far. He noticed the ambulance come to a halt and then he was wheeled out the back and taken down a hall where he turned and couldn't see Siren anymore. 'I guess this is where I go to the operating room to get my cut stitched' He thought, remembering that he had a wound almost the same size on his back a few years back and they had done exactly that. Pyros was wheeled through several corridors, making turns every now and then through easily accessible doors. Eventually he came to the room and he was pulled off the stretcher and onto the operating table, he felt pain now after having his wound stretched by the movement of his body and then he was given something to make him rest and he fell asleep.
Pyros woke up and saw that it was dark outside, seems like the time had gone past very quickly. He turned over and noticed Siren was on the bed next to his, looking like she had been watching over him the entire time until she fell asleep. 'She must care about me more than I realize, not many people even visit me' he thought as he turned up to look at the ceiling again, slowly falling back to sleep.
When he woke up this time, Siren was almost in the same exact position looking back at him, this time awake. He smiled at her and sat up, he didn't feel as bad as he did before, he felt practically back to perfect health. "Hey, how are you going? You seem to be in much better state of mind now" He told her.

Siren watched Pyros awaken, calmly thinking over the events that had just happened. Why did always seem that tragic events happened before she could get close to anyone? He turned to look at her, and it was obvious that he knew she was there. He must have woken at some point while she was sleeping that night. He smiled and sat up, and asked her how she was feeling. "I think I'm over the shock of seeing you nearly dead on the sidewalk." she said, sighing, disturbed. She felt a wave of emotion and closed her eyes for a moment. "However, I could be wrong." she muttered as she opened them again, feeling that the moment was past. She would still be shaky over the incident for a few days, but if she tried hard not to think about it, she could act normally. She felt awkward talking about her state still, and so quickly changed the subject. "The nurse thinks that you'll be released some time within the next few days." she offered. "They seem to want make sure your injury doesn't reopen itself. They should be satisfied soon." She still didn't feel right about talking about his injury. It wasn't awkward, but upsetting. She felt the threat of tears once more, but it passed without incident. A click announced the arrival of their breakfast, and the nurse set the food on the roller tables that sat next to their beds and then carefully brought them into place over their laps. Siren had to change position, rolling onto her back and sitting up against her pillows, the back of the bed raised to provide support. She looked down at the tray that sat before her, turning her head to see if a different perspective could help her decide what it was she was supposed to eat. Before her sat a bowl of what looked like cereal, a small carton of milk with straw, and a muffin. She picked up the muffin, inspecting it to determine its ingredients. It seemed to be a lemon-poppy seed flavoured muffin, and she picked at it without thinking about it, deep in thought once more of the last days events. She shook out of the memory, needing a distraction. She looked at Pyros again, and tried to start a conversation that would take her mind off his injury. "They called my father, apparently while I was asleep, and told him that we were here. I think he's coming when he gets time. You'll get sick leave." she spoke. Her voice sounded a little flat to her ears, and she wondered if she sounded any more expressive to Pyros.

Siren told him she was over the shock of seeing him half dead on the sidewalk, but she could be wrong. Pyros didn't look that happy now, he realized how much she had cared for him and had been harmed by his reckless behaviour and the outcome it had. It was one thing for him to put himself in danger, but she seemed to be more worried about it than he was, he knew it would just heal and that would be the end of it. She told him that a nurse thought he would be released soon, in a couple of days, that seemed like too long for Pyros, he didn't like hospitals, they always gave the atmosphere of death without wanting to. The more they tried to hide it with their white walls, the more it seemed like you were on the brink of death just by being in the place.
Breakfast was brought in, a tray sat on each of their beds over them, Pyros looked up at it, he wasn't used to these kinds of meals, but he would have to put up with it until he was released. He grabbed the muffin and began biting into it, finishing it in only moments, it was rather small and flavorless to him. 'Barely seems worthy of consuming' He thought as he began to eat the cereal, Siren told him that they had called her father and told him about where they were and what had happened, she expected that he would come some time, she then said that he would get sick leave.
Pyros looked over at her for a moment and then went back to the cereal, he finished it quickly aswell. He looked back over at her, she didn't look like she needed to be hospitalized, was she just there to comfort him or had the doctors suggested she stay there to get over what she had seen and the shock of it? "Im sorry I acted so recklessly and thought I could make a difference, I only ended up harming myself physically and you mentally, Im sorry about that, I didn't intend to harm you in any way" Pyros told her, his eyes showing that he was deeply feeling for her, a bit of moisture forming, but nothing like a tear yet. "Im not used to people around me that I could harm, I live alone and everything I do usually only affects me, so I do what i see as a good idea and if it backfires I get over it quickly, I forgot that you cared about me, not that I really knew you cared so much" he told her as he turned to her and smiled, it was nice to have someone care that much.
