Siren listened intently as he told her he wouldn't do that. She wasn't really surprised, more elated that he was so sincere. He had said that he was used to a lower class life and didn't want to change that by using her influences. She smiled at him, and contemplated the implications of the next thing he had said to her. Using someone he cares about? she thought, quoting his words. They sounded so good to her, and she could feel her happiness bubbling like a carbonated drink. She sighed happily, "I didn't really doubt it, but i'm happy to hear you say it, all the same." she replied. She heard the revving of a familiar engine and glancing around Pyros, she realized that their ride had arrived. She cringed at the luxurious car that pulled up. It was a black Audi A6 Sedan, one of their more expensive cars(~ $59,900 USD). She wished that he had picked something less conspicuous. "Well, thats us." she announced, lifting herself back off the wall. Yes, I looked it up, and provided the page I found the information... I just wanted it to be a real car.

Siren told him that she didn't doubt him but was happy to hear him say it. Pyros smiled as she said that and looked very happy, all of a sudden Siren turned her view to the street as a black luxury car pulled toward them and stopped. Siren told him that was there ride as she walked off toward the car while Pyros stood there still in shock. 'An Audi A6? Thats... like a sixty grand car!' Pyros thought as he slowly moved toward the car, examining it as he got closer, he had never even been within range of a car that expensive. "This is the car were going to ride in? This is an expensive car..." Pyros noted as he got into the back seat. 'I can't believe this is just 'a ride' for her... I can only imagine what her parents drive...' Pyros thought as he noticed the leather interior and that there were LCD screen on the back of the seats in front of them, it was like a celebrity's car.

Siren stopped in front of the car as Pyros turned and seemed stunned by the car. She tried to suppress an amused smile, as she watched him cautiously walk towards it. He expressed his awe in words and she just nodded. She walked around the car to the far side as he slipped into the back, and she took her seat beside him, watching his face as he examined the interior of the car. It had a rich tan leather interior and limosine tinted windows in the rear. She really wished the driver had chosen something less flashy. She grimaced as she looked at him, "You should see my car, if thats the reaction I get when you see this...." she said, a little hesitantly. The car pulled forwards as the driver drove them to the zoo. Siren watched Pyros silently, just judging his reactions.

Siren entered the car aswell and told him she wondered how he would react to her car, implying that it was much more marvelous than the car they were in. Pyros looked over to her, "Wow, You must feel pretty great to have whatever you need, never having to do anything and just flying through life" Pyros told her as the car pulled away and began to drive off toward the zoo. Pyros looked out the windows and watched the scenery which was just buildings around them, not much for the eye, he saw it every day. He turned his attention to Siren, "So, what car do you have?" he asked her.

Siren looked away from him as he said she must feel pretty great having everything. There were some things that money couldn't provide, and those always proved to be the ones she wanted most. "It's easy to get used to, I suppose." she murmered. He looked out the windows for a moment and she looked up again. Then his eyes were back on her and she listened as he asked her what kind of car she had. She smiled a little, "Well, its a bit flashier than this one. This one really is more of a transport car, while mine was more show. We are in Tokyo, after all. I used to own a err... tricked out Toyota Supra. It was pretty stable, but I guess I defaced it a couple of times... It was my learning car, and it was midnight blue with a single white stripe from nose to tail. That wasn't your question though... sorry, I got a little caught up in the memory. I now own a highly modified Honda Integra. You'll have to see it sometime, then you'll appreciate how it could be flashier than this... I've actually been scoping out some other cars as well.. I have a bit of a soft spot for the Dodge Viper SRT-10 and the Ferrari 360 Modena although, neither would really fit in around here. Even where I live, japanese cars rule the streets." she said, feeling like she had been talking alot. "What about you, what would you like to own, if you had unlimited resources and could afford anything?" she asked, trying to include him.

She said it was easy to get used to and then began to say that she first had a Toyota Supra, his eyes lit up as he heard her mention his favorite car, she said it was a learning car for her and she defaced it a couple of time, Pyros was unhappy to hear she didn't have the car anymore though, but she went on to explain that she now drove a Honda Integra which was highly modified, it sounded like a heavenly dream to him as she mentioned all these cars he could only dream of. She said she was scoping some newer cars, such as the Dodge Viper and the Ferrari 360 Modena but she thought they wouldn't fit in at her area of living, which was ironically the same place he lived and he had seen plenty of street racers with exports.
She asked him what he would like to own if he had unlimited resources, he smiled as a few cars jumped into mind but he thought about the two cars that had always been his dream cars. "Well, You mentioned my dream car already, being a Toyota Supra, unfortunate that you got rid of it, I would have enjoyed riding around in that one" Pyros began as he turned to look out the window and then turned back to Siren. "But the Supra is a dream that I could see as a reality for some people, my real dream car is the Lamborghini Murcielago" Pyros told her as the car stopped and the driver told them they had arrived at the zoo.
OOC: You know you don't have to give me links... Im not that pathetic with cars, I knew each of those ones, even if i didn't im capable of looking it up myself.

OOC//: the links weren't exactly for your benefit, I was sure you'd know what they were... oh, and we were going to the zoo not the beach. BIC//: Siren watched him smile and then reply that he would have liked to see her Supra had she still had it. She thought about the guy she had sold it to, the enthusiastic expression that lit his face. She imagined that would have been similar to the expression that Pyros might have had if he had seen it. She couldn't really regret selling it, even if it would have made Pyros happy, having seen how delighted the buyer had been. She blinked up at Pyros, as he said that it would be a dream that could be a reality. He added that a Lambourghini Murcielago would be his true dream car. She smiled at him, "That is more what I meant." she laughed. The car stopped and the driver announced that they had arrived at their destination. She looked at Pyros for a moment longer as she reached for the door handle and then she turned and stood. "Well, lets go see how obsessed with animals I am." she muttered, unsure whether he had heard her. She had come here often enough to know the layout by heart. She'd come so often that they had just given her a pass so that she could get in whenever she wanted without having to wait in line. She could even bring a guest with that pass. She walked around the car to wait for Pyros on the sidewalk.

Siren told him that the Lamborghini Murcielago was more like what she was talking about before laughing and getting out of the car, he sat inside for a moment before getting out after her, she said something but he didn't quite hear it that well as she was outside the car when she said it and he was still inside. He moved away from the car toward Siren as the car began to drive off and turned a corner, disappearing from view. He turned to Siren after watching the car leave, "So, I guess we should go wait in line, it looks like it could be a while" Pyros suggested as he looked over at the huge line of families with their disobedient children running around.

Siren watched Pyros get out of the car and approach her, while he watched their ride drive away. When he turned to her, he asked her if they would then go wait in line. She shook her head, smiling. "No need." she said as she pulled out her wallet. She pulled out her pass and looked back up at Pyros. "I come here alot... so.. they offered to let me forgo the lines when i do." she said slowly, giving him time to absorb her answer. She passed him the solid plastic card that allowed her access to the zoo. It was similar to the VIP passes that celebrities got for certain clubs. She turned towards the entrance, allowing him to examine the card as they walked towards the entrance. She lead him towards the lines, and then past them towards the door that said staff only. "Just swipe it through that key card lock." she said, as they got to the door.

Siren told him there was no need to walk toward the line and presented a pass, handing it to him as they walked toward the lines and Pyros looked at it, it was just some sort of key card with the zoo's emblem on it. "I see, so they just let you skip the lines because you come here alot?" Pyros questioned, wondering if perhaps her name had given her some help getting the pass, though he wasn't judging her, he knew she wasn't one of those rich snobs, but he couldn't help but wonder if even though she didn't want it, who she was had helped her get the privilege. They came up to the door with staff written on it, and Siren told him to swipe the card through the mechanism on the side, he looked down at it and swiped the card. The door made a sound and the lock opened, Pyros went over and opened the door, he entered after Siren and looked out at the zoo and the many cages that confined the creatures within them. 'Too bad we have to keep them caged in order to appreciate them...' Pyros thought as he looked over at Siren to see if she would react to a specific animal and run toward it like a child, she seemed to show that she was excited and Pyros had a feeling she would do something like that.

Siren entered the door as Pyros held it open and then waited for him to follow her. She loved the Tigers, but he hadn't been to the zoo in many years, he had said, and it had been remodelled a few times since she had started coming, so she didn't want to rush him through it. She took his hand, nervously, and started walking forward. They had modelled it so that there was no need to double back just to see other animals, and a single walkway would take them past all of the animals. It would also pass snack stands and bathrooms as well. She looked in saddly at the caged animals. She didn't approve of the cages, but the habitats weren't too poorly made, so she felt sympathy for the animals, though she couldn't do anything to help them. "Do you have a favourite animal?" she asked curiously.

Pyros stood still until she took his hand and lead him off toward the cages, they were going down a path and Siren looked in toward the cages at the animals behind them, they seemed to be in the bird area as there were plenty of exotic birds in the large cages. Pyros didn't like birds that much, they were like pests to him. Siren asked him if he had a favorite animal and he smiled as he looked to the birds, they would be pathetic against the great predator that was his favored animal. "Yeah, Panthers, I love them" Pyros replied as they moved further and were at just about the end of the bird area, he wondere what animals would be in the next section, hopefully something a little more interesting, like mammals of some sort, or perhaps reptiles.

Siren smiled, twining her fingers with his as he replied that Panthers were his favourite animal. "Panther's are quite beautiful, and I'm not surprised that you like them so much. I love all types of cats, more than any other animal, though my favourite is the Tiger. Especially the white tiger. Panther's are among the highest as well." she said. She was barely glancing at the birds that they passed, having already seen them many times. Pyros was much newer and she couldn't seem to take interest in the birds as she walked beside Pyros. She was acutely aware of the warmth of his palm against hers, and the texture of his skin under her fingers. Even the twittering of the smaller birds was background noise to the beating of her heart and the sound of his voice. She was only slightly aware that they were changing areas, knowing instinctively that the next exhibits were the prey-type or grazer mammals. The zoo seemed to be sorted from lowest to highest on the food chain, in a way. After the grazers - which included antelope, deer, boars, elephants, giraffes and hippopotami - they would see the tree animals - koalas, and several species of monkey - then the predator mammals - such as the large felines, canines and bears - and then on to the reptilian animals, snakes, and nocturnal animals - including the sloth and bats - and then finally the aquarium animals - including dolphins, whales, sharks, rays, eels and many other colorful fish. It had been that way for a few years, and she knew that they planned to remodel again in two years. All of these things passed through the back of her mind, barely being registered as actual thoughts when Pyros was in her mind. She wondered absently whether he could feel her excitement through her fingers, and whether he would consider himself the cause if he was able to tell. She considered the possibility that he might think the animals were to blame for her quick pulse and the delighted look in her eyes, though they rarely left his face, and when they did leave, they strayed back to him in very little time. She noticed that he had seemed a little irritated among the birds, and she couldn't blame him. If he wasn't taking up all her attention, she too might have had the time to dislike their noisy introduction to the zoo. Her gaze traced his lips when he spoke, and then looked into his eyes to see his emotions, then flitted to his angular jaw line and then once again to his eyes. There was so much for her mind to take in that she soon felt a little light headed. They were among the grazers now, standing immediately before the zebras and their coats so similar to the white tiger. She was watching his face again, looking for his reactions, and noting each. She looked at the striped animals in front of them, so that he didn't get uncomfortable under her scrutiny, and watched them move slowly through their african grassland habitat. They had life so easy, though she doubted how much they enjoyed it. No predators, easy food, each of the pros was shadowed by a con and then some. Limited space, human contact that made it impossible for them to ever be in the wild. Sometimes she knew exactly what they would feel like if they were capable of human thought. She was certain that they were somewhat intelligent, but most of what they did was instict, based on the need to survive. She imagined that they would feel trapped and lonely if they knew what was going on. She breathed in, her eyes and her mind returning back to Pyros as if he were a magnet. "Do you mind if I sit down for a moment?" she asked, trying to regulate her breathing pattern. She walked towards a bench and sat down, her hand still holding onto Pyros. She closed her eyes and tried to feel less overwhelmed by the flood of information she was taking in. She breathed in deeply and then released the air before she opened her eyes again. She had to learn to pace herself with Pyros. If she took it all in at once, there wouldn't be anything new to captivate her, though she was certain that even at that quick pace she would have a long road of discovery ahead of her. She looked up at his face again, hoping that he didn't think she was winded already. They'd barely started walking and already she needed a break. It felt pathetic to her.

Siren replied that panthers were quite beautiful and how she loved all cats and that her favorite animal was the tiger, specifically the white tiger. Pyros glanced over to her as she spoke, realizing that she didn't take her eyes off him at all during her speech, she also seemed to be playing with his hand, she had gotten very close to him in a very short time. 'I guess she is very trusting... not surprised that she was used so many times, poor girl' Pyros thought, "Yeah, Tigers are pretty cool and I like cats too" Pyros replied as they entered the next part of the zoo. He noticed Siren turning to face the zebras, Pyros felt a huge weight come off him as he turned to look at them aswell. 'Beautiful creatures' Pyros thought, Siren asked if he minded if she sat for a moment, Pyros was confused that she needed a rest, she was a pretty energetic person and she did come there all the time. "Oh, of course not, go right ahead" Pyros replied as he followed her as she sat down on a bench, he sat down next to her as he realized she wasn't going to let go on him. She looked very out of shape and disoriented, she looked up at him and he couldn't tell what was wrong. "Is something wrong, Siren? You don't seem as energetic as usual" Pyros asked her, worried about her health.

Siren blinked as Pyros asked if something was wrong. She supposed she had been acting quite unusual, but his question amused her slightly. "No, I guess the closest that I could come to answering your question is information overload. I'm feeling a little light headed. Nothing to worry about, and its completely my fault. I'll be okay, I just have to spread my attention a bit more." she said, waving it off to emphasize that it was nothing, knowing that what she had said was quite vague and probably confusing. It was difficult being coherent about what was causing her problems, and she couldn't really think of any way to describe it to Pyros in a good light. She decided he would just have to settle for what she had given him at that moment. "I'm not tired or anything, It'll pass in a moment." she smiled, trying to reassure him. She closed her eyes again and tried to focus on the noises of the animals around them, the braying of the donkey, the sound of hooves on rock, anything. Soon she could hear each animal distinctly and clearly and she opened her eyes again. "I'm so sorry about that," she said as she blushed lightly, "I think I'm ready to continue now." She stood and waited silently for Pyros to stand up as well.
