Siren nodded and lead him back to the elevator. She was on edge as they passed by Jack's desk again, but she didn't look at him. She knew his dark eyes would follow them until the doors of the elevator closed again, and she could feel herself tense up as she came within view of him. As the elevator doors closed, she sighed quietly in relief, hoping Pyros didn't ask her what was wrong. "It's floor eight." she said as she pushed the button that would take them to the lunch room. She leaned back against the wall of the elevator as she waited for it to take them up to the eighth floor.

Pyros followed her toward the elevator, as they passed Jack, He looked over as Jack tilted his head to Pyros in a farewell sort of fashion. Pyros waved back at him as Jack watched them enter the elevator and Pyros kept his eye on him until the doors closed, Pyros was drawn to Siren as she sighed. Pyros made a sound of curiosity wondering what was up with her, she seemed tense but it wasn't for long.
She pressed the button for the eighth floor as she announced it before going over to the back of the elevator and leaning against the wall, she seemed to relax a little more now. Pyros just stood and turned his head away from her toward the door as he waited for them to open.

Siren heard the noise that Pyros had made as she sighed. He wasn't looking at her, however, but at the doors of the elevator, apparently in apprehension of its opening. She was happy that he hadn't actually asked her about her problems. The doors opened, and she lead the way onto the eighth floor. She walked up to the locked door, and swiping her own card, opened the door. "This is it!" she said, in a light, happy sounding voice. The room was large, and clean looking. There was a table in the center of the room, spanning within two meters from all four walls, chairs all the way around. The door that lead to the elevator was on the south wall of the room, and on the opposite wall was a large fridge, an oven, and a long countertop with a microwave topping part of it. There were cupboards the entire span of that wall as well, above the counter, and under it as well. The cupboards held dishes and cooking wares, as well as some baking ingredients. "What do you think?" she asked, looking at Pyros curiously.

Pyros watched as the elevator doors opened and she lead him through the building. Pyros looked around at the many people that were sitting behind desks, he looked at their screens. Some of them were writing up programs and others were just sitting infront of the computers doing nothing. He noticed a few of them seemed to be telemarketing aswell, 'Man, I hate those guys...' Pyros thought remembering how many times telemarketers had ruined times of the day.
They finally came to a locked off room and Siren swiped a card to open the door, she announced that this was the room and they walked in. Pyros looked around at the many cooking capabilities there were, everything a cook could need was in the room and enough room for eating with a few people. "Wow, It looks great!" Pyros commented as he walked further in and looked around at how everything was perfectly cleaned. She asked what Pyros thought and he didn't reply for a moment as he was in a trance by the sparkling metal equipment hanging around the room. "This place is great, there is everything you need and plenty of room for cooking and eating, I can't imagine a better place to cook or eat" Pyros told her.

Siren smiled warmly, happy that he seemed to like the room. He said that it looked great for eating and cooking in and she nodded. "I think thats about all you need to see today, unless theres something specific you can think of?" she asked, tilting her head slightly. She couldn't think of anything else to show him at the moment, since he would eventually become very familiar with the building if he stayed there. He seemed to like everything she had shown him so far. She blinked and looked down to fix her skirt, which had twisted slightly. I probably seem proper and proud the way i do that.. she thought, letting her hands come to rest on either side of her again and looking back up at Pyros. He seems like such a nice guy. His personality draws me in, so that I want to know more about him. she thought, slowly letting her eyes travel across his attractive face and figure. He had the kind of arms that made you want him to embrace you, the kind of smile that made you want to wake up and see it every day, the kind of eyes that showed the depth of his personality, and his emotions. She liked all she had learnt so far about him, and wanted to know more.

Pyros looked back towards her as she asked if there was anything else he wanted to see. Nothing came to mind as he thought of what else he wanted to see, "No, I think thats everything I need to know for now, the rest I will become familiar with as I work here" Pyros replied as he walked over to her, "Including you I hope" Pyros added as he walked passed her and toward the door as he exited the room and looked back at her. "So, what are you going to do now?" Pyros asked as he thought about what he would do now, if he just went home he would probably end up going to sleep even though it were still sun out.

He said that there was nothing else he needed to see that day, and Siren blushed slightly as Pyros said he wanted to get to know her. "I would like that." she replied, smiling at him. He wants to get to know me! she thought excitedly, Past the first stage. Most guys didn't make it this far with her, and often didn't make it much farther than that. She silently wish herself, and Pyros, luck, as they would both need it. Pyros asked her what she would be doing, since she had finished showing him around. She thought about it a moment, then answered, "I'm not really sure. I didn't have anything planned for today, except for going to the internet cafe with Erin, so the rest of my day is free." She wondered if he would ask her if she wanted to spend more time with him. She would like that, since she wanted to get to know more about him, and she wouldn't be able to stop thinking about it if she went home right away. Siren followed Pyros out of the room and lead the way back to the elevator and pushed the button for the main floor. The persocom was waiting at the front desk with the boxes of food. She supposed they could have sent him ahead by giving him the address of Pyros' home, but she hadn't thought about it at the time.

She said she wasn't sure what she would do now, Pyros thought he should take the opportunity to get to know her, since he wasn't sure how busy her schedule might usually be, he knew he would always have time to get to know her though.
She pushed the elevator button and they got in before the elevator began moving and eventually opened again as they moved out of the elevator, Siren seemed to be waiting for him to say something and he thought he knew what.
They walked toward the front desk as he turned to her. "So do you want to do something? with me..." Pyros asked her unknowing of what they could do, he wasn't that social usually and didn't go many places.

Siren smiled at his attempt, "Yeah, I could do that." she said. He didn't seem to have any idea what it was they were to do together. "Why don't i walk you home, and we'll decide what to do on the way?" she asked. They should take the persocom to drop off the food before they did anything else, so they had time to decide what they wanted to do. The persocom stood, retrieving the boxes and walked around the desk to stand beside them, waiting to be lead from the building.

Pyros was happy to hear she would enjoy that, and she obviously knew he had no idea on what to do as she suggested walking home to bring his food back there as they decided what they would do. "Thats a good idea" Pyros replied as they walked down the street.
"I live just around 5 streets from here" Pyros said as he lead them toward his house, he didn't own a property but rented, there was no way he would be able to afford a house in the modern day with all the high rates around.
"So what kind of things do you usually do to kill time?" Pyros asked her, hoping to gather some information on the sorts of places she liked to go in her free time.

Siren nodded as Pyros agreed and told her how far they would walk from the building. It wasn't much farther than her own house from the Avalon company, and she followed him down the street towards his home. She watched around her to remember the way to his house. As he asked her what she liked to do, she thought about the question. He didn't seem to mean what hobbies she had, more that it was where she liked to go when she didn't have anything else on her plate. "Well, I like to sit in my room and read, but i'm sure that isn't what you mean." she said, "With my friends, I go to movies, go to the park, sometimes we just walk around and talk for a while. Erin likes to drag me to places i'd never go on my own..." She thought about the dance club that she'd gone to. She had sat at their table, to embarassed to get up and dance, even when the guys had come and asked her to dance with them.

Pyros heard her speaking of how she liked to read alot, Pyros wasn't much of the reader at all, in fact he disliked reading fictional books, but he loved to read non-fiction and gain new knowledge on things. Pyros took a turn around a corner as he looked ahead and could see his house nearby. "Well, thats cool, Perhaps we should go to a park? I know a beautiful one nearby, with a path that leads near a pond" Pyros suggested as he came to his house and looked over at the small single bedroom house he called home.
"Well this is my place" Pyros said as he opened the gate and walked toward the door, he unlocked it and opened it as he lead the persocom and Siren into the kitchen, there wasn't much but he had a table and 2 chairs in the room. "You can put the food on the table" Pyros said as he got a bottle of water out of his fridge. "Do you want some water?" Pyros asked Siren assuming she was probably as tired as he was from the walk.

Pyros didn't look like he enjoyed the idea of reading, but he found the idea of going to a park appealing. Siren was content with the idea as well, and replied, "I'd like that." She saw the houses in the area, nothing like hers, or the ones in her area. It was a nice contrast to her own life. She saw him looking up at one of the houses, and followed his gaze. They stopped in front of the house he'd looked at, and opened the gate, letting her know that it was his home. "It looks nice." she said. She was still envious of his seemingly simple life. He lived on his own, providing for himself, and she sat back while everyone else worked around her. She wanted to feel the satisfaction of actually working for something herself. He lead the way into the house, and then into the kitchen and Siren looked around. It wasn't big, but it looked well equiped for two to sit down for food or entertainment. She remembered that he said he couldn't cook, so she wondered if that meant he didn't keep many cooking utensils as well. He opened the fridge to get a water bottle and asked her if she would like one also. "Oh, yes please." she answered, accepting a bottle of water. She was parched, so she opened the bottle of water and took a drink. "Thank you." she said as she took it from her lips. Its so clean in here. she thought, even more curious about him now.

As Siren took the water and drank it, Pyros did aswell. He looked over realizing she was looking around the house so to examine it. "Its not much, but its home" Pyros said as he closed the fridge door and looked around the kitchen. "I think its pretty good for a single person like me, and its pretty neat and tidy since I don't usually have much time to do anything other than cleaning and tidying up things, I spend most of the time eating, but now that I got a steady job, I guess that should consume some more of my time" Pyros said as he walked out of the room.
He led them out of the house and locked the house followed by the gate. "So, is the persocom going to go back by itself while we head for the park?" Pyros asked Siren as the persocom seemed to just stand there and wait for orders.

Siren looked at Pyros as he spoke to her about the house. "I think its wonderful." she said, smiling. He seemed ready to leave, and once the persocom had placed the food on the table, he lead the way out of the house once more. As they stopped at the gate, Pyros asked what the persocom would do. "Well, i see no further use for him, so I suppose he will yes. Unless you think we'll have need of him?" she asked. She seemed to be asking Pyros his opinion on every decision she was making, though it was ultimately up to her. She looked up at him and wondered what he must be thinking.
